Strategic Planning for Community Organizations - Tailored workshop & coaching

Key to developing and winning effective policy campaigns and organizing strategies is having a multi-year Strategic Plan to guide your organization's work beyond the immediate campaign needs. Using the planning, tracking and facilitation tools developed by SCOPE, we will work together to tailor a curriculum that will help your organization or coalition develop a plan that includes a clear mission statement and vision statement, 3-5 year strategic goals, annual objectives, and a timeline-as well as how to align staff and leadership structures to implement the strategic plan. Based on the organization's needs, we can also look at other key planning areas such as campaign development, leadership development, and organizing model, alliance-building and political landscape analysis.
