On Wednesday, August 13, 100 community residents and LA Apollo Alliance members and allies gathered at Los Angeles City Hall for a Community Lobby Day to encourage decision makers to pass a green retrofit and job training ordinance establishing Los Angeles as one of the first cities to create a citywide green retrofit program that addresses poverty and economic justice.
